On The Road
As I drove back from Boston today I realized how peaceful a drive on a long highway can be. Left alone to your thoughts you can think about life and all the things happening around you. But mostly I wander about what has happened in the places Ive driven past. While I drive past people, cities and homes there is life in those places, and I wander what it is like to be in those places and in those people's shoes

In film today we see everything, which tells us more about how desensitized we are to images of death and gore. But the subtle bits of information that makes us know what is going on is so much more interesting, and employs more art and skill. The simplest form of this i noticed in an old Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon. I call this sequence Crash
